Inspection Walkthrough & Report Review

ADVANCED PROPERTY INSPECTION, INC., CONSIDERS THE CLIENT WALKTHROUGH TO BE AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PART OF THE INSPECTION PROCESS.

The walkthrough, as well as the consultation to review the report, gives you the opportunity to physically learn the systems of a home/property. From there, you can visually recognize the current condition of each system.

This information is pertinent when:

We prefer to present the property inspection report to you in person; however, we do email reports when requested, making ourselves available for telephone conferencing.
